This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to customers' use of all products and services offered by myvue. Capitalized terms used below but not defined in this policy have the same meaning set forth in the Terms of Service ("Terms").

myvue is committed to providing our customers with secure, reliable services. This Policy outlines acceptable and prohibited uses of our services to ensure a positive experience for all users while protecting the integrity and security of our platform.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the myvue platform or help anyone else to do so. For example, you will not do or attempt to do any of the following in connection with the myvue platform:

• Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the services
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the services

Security and System Integrity

To maintain the security and integrity of our platform, you agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or violate the integrity of the myvue platform, including by:
  • Breaching or otherwise circumventing any security or authentication measures;
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network;
  • Accessing, tampering with, or using parts of the myvue platform that you haven't been invited to;
  • Submitting or distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or other destructive content;
  • Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other unauthorized means to access the myvue platform; or
  • Interfering with or disrupting any user, host, or network;

Content Guidelines

All content you submit, upload, or display using the myvue platform must comply with the following guidelines:

• Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload, share, or otherwise use content for which you do not have appropriate authorization
• Do not upload or share any content that contains explicit material, promotes hatred or violence, or is otherwise offensive or inappropriate
• Ensure that any data or information shared through the platform complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations

Monitoring and Enforcement

myvue reserves the right to monitor use of the services to ensure compliance with this Policy. We may, but are not obligated to, remove or refuse any content that violates this Policy or is otherwise objectionable.

Consequences of Violations

If you violate this Policy, we may take action against your account, including:

• Warning you about your behavior
• Temporarily suspending your account
• Permanently terminating your account
• Reporting you to law enforcement authorities if your behavior is illegal

Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes.
