The share of observed runs that diverge materially from the documented path — a difference in sequence, decision outcome, system used, or approval path. Not a cosmetic difference in timing or tooling.
The number of people seen running the process independently and completely. Someone who has only run it with help, or only run part of it, is not counted. One qualified operator is a single keeper.
Divergence between operators of the same process. Divergence at a decision point is a control finding, not a continuity one, and the grade reports it as such.
Time since the record was last confirmed by behavior. A process unconfirmed for 28 days is aging; at 42 days it is stale and out of the count. Fresh behavior resets it — this is what makes the grade recurring rather than one-time.
What happens to the business if the process fails. myvue proposes a tier from observable signal — frequency, systems touched, downstream dependency depth, exception rate, proximity to revenue and compliance systems. You adjust it, and your judgment governs. myvue can see how your business operates. It cannot see what matters to it.
Nobody schedules a review. Fresh behavior confirms the record and the grade holds. When behavior stops confirming it, the grade falls — automatically.
Each process is weighted by how much it matters. The grade is the share of the unit sitting at P4 or P5, carried A through F. The plus or minus comes from which way the Concentration Index moved since last quarter.
