Myvue ("Myvue," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data we process on behalf of our business customers or developers using our API. Our use of that data is governed by the applicable service agreement. This Policy applies where Myvue acts as a data controller. Where Myvue processes personal data solely on behalf of an enterprise customer (for example, when an organization provides you access to Myvue), that organization may act as the data controller and its privacy policy will apply.

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our Services, and to comply with our legal obligations. The length of retention depends on the type of data, how it is used, and your account settings.

If you elect to delete your personal data, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days unless we need to retain it for longer as described below, or it has already been de-identified and disassociated from your account.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Policy on our website at myvue.io/legal/privacy and update the Effective Date above. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

United States — state privacy rights

Depending on the U.S. state in which you reside, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please submit a request to privacy@myvue.io.

We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-contextual behavioral advertising as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not process sensitive personal data for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with appropriate written authorization. We may verify your identity before processing any request. You may appeal a denied request by contacting privacy@myvue.io.

Canada

By using our Services, residents of Canada confirm their consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described in this Policy, to the extent express consent is required under applicable Canadian privacy law. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting privacy@myvue.io.

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions outside of Canada. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in Canada. By providing your personal data, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers.

Brazil

Residents of Brazil have rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), including the right to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, block, or erase your personal data, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@myvue.io.

Personal data may be transferred internationally in accordance with applicable Brazilian law, including through the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses under Article 46 of the GDPR.
