Personal data you provide directly
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, account credentials, and, where applicable, payment information and transaction history.
- User content (Inputs and Outputs): When you interact with our Services, including through chat, voice, coding, or agentic sessions, we collect the content you provide ("Inputs") and the responses generated ("Outputs"). If you include personal data in your Inputs, that information may appear in your Outputs.
- Feedback: When you provide feedback on our Services, such as rating a response, we store the related conversation as part of your feedback submission.
- Communication information: If you contact us, including via email or our support channels, we collect your name, contact details, and the contents of your communications.
- Other information: We may collect additional information when you participate in surveys, events, or identity or age verification processes.
Personal data collected automatically
When you access or use the Services, we automatically receive:

2. How we use personal data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Services and develop new features;
- To personalize your experience across our Services;
- To create and administer your Myvue account;
- To process payments for products and services;
- To communicate with you, including service announcements and marketing communications (subject to your preferences);
- To train and improve our models, which may include AI models;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service and Usage Policy;
- To investigate and resolve security issues and disputes;
- To debug and repair errors affecting existing functionality;
- To comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- To enforce our Terms of Service, Usage Policy, and similar agreements.
We may use your Inputs and Outputs where (1) your conversations are flagged for safety review, or (2) you have explicitly reported content to us through our feedback mechanisms.
We may also aggregate or de-identify personal data for research, analysis, and model improvement. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data unless required by law.
3. How we disclose personal data
We disclose personal data in the following circumstances:
- Affiliates and corporate partners: We may share personal data among our affiliates and related entities for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Service providers and business partners: We engage third-party vendors to assist with hosting, cloud services, content delivery, data processing, email communication, web analytics, customer support, payments, search, marketing, IT, and other business functions. These parties access personal data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
- Business transactions: If Myvue is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other significant corporate transaction, your personal data may be disclosed during due diligence and transferred to a successor entity.
- Third-party integrations: If you connect third-party applications or services through our platform, those third parties will receive information directly from you and their own privacy policies will govern that data.
- Legal and regulatory compliance: We may disclose personal data to government authorities, regulators, or other third parties when required by law, legal process, or regulatory obligation; to protect the rights, safety, or property of Myvue, our users, or others; to detect or prevent fraud or illegal activity; or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
- With your consent: We may disclose your personal data in other circumstances where you have given us permission to do so.
4. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our Services, and to comply with our legal obligations. The length of retention depends on the type of data, how it is used, and your account settings.
If you elect to delete your personal data, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days unless we need to retain it for longer as described below, or it has already been de-identified and disassociated from your account.
In certain circumstances, we may retain data for longer, including where required by law, to address fraud or abuse, for financial record-keeping, or to comply with regulatory obligations.
5. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right to know: The right to know what personal data we collect about you, where it comes from, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
- Access and data portability: The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and in certain cases, to receive it in a portable format.
- Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Note that due to the technical nature of our models, we may not always be able to correct factual inaccuracies in Outputs, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so.
- Deletion: The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
- Restriction: The right to request that we restrict our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Objection: The right to object to processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests, including for direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent: Where we rely on consent as a legal basis for processing, the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
- Appeal: The right to appeal any decision we make regarding your privacy rights request.
- No automated decision-making: We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- No sale of personal data: We do not sell your personal data as that term is defined under applicable law, and we do not share your personal data for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, you or an authorized agent may submit a request by emailing privacy@myvue.io. We may verify your identity before processing your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
6. Data transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States and other countries, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your country of residence. Where required, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses approved under applicable law, to protect your personal data during such transfers.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should take special care in deciding what information you provide to the Services. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service or third-party websites. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8. Children
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal data to us, please contact us at privacy@myvue.io and we will investigate and, if appropriate, delete such data promptly.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Policy on our website at myvue.io/legal/privacy and update the Effective Date above. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

United States — state privacy rights
Depending on the U.S. state in which you reside, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please submit a request to privacy@myvue.io.
We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-contextual behavioral advertising as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not process sensitive personal data for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with appropriate written authorization. We may verify your identity before processing any request. You may appeal a denied request by contacting privacy@myvue.io.
Canada
By using our Services, residents of Canada confirm their consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described in this Policy, to the extent express consent is required under applicable Canadian privacy law. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting privacy@myvue.io.
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions outside of Canada. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in Canada. By providing your personal data, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers.
Brazil
Residents of Brazil have rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), including the right to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, block, or erase your personal data, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@myvue.io.
Personal data may be transferred internationally in accordance with applicable Brazilian law, including through the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
